We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and securely. That’s why we’ve partnered with trusted national couriers to offer fast, reliable delivery across the UK. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your items to your doorstep.

Delivery Options & Times

• Standard Delivery – FREE on all orders!
  Our standard delivery is completely free of charge. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 2–4 working days.
• Express Delivery – Need it sooner?
  Upgrade to Express Delivery at checkout for just £6.95. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day and usually arrive within 1–2 working days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time. All items are sent via tracked services to ensure peace of mind.

Delivery Days

We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Weekend delivery may vary depending on the courier and location.

Signature & Security

All deliveries require a signature to ensure your item reaches you safely. If you're not in, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. For remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive your delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave your parcel at a nearby collection point. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the item may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
