Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
You must contact us first to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll put it right.

Within 30 days of delivery: You can choose a replacement or a full refund.
After 30 days: We will repair or replace the item in accordance with your warranty terms.

Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. We may request photos or details to help assess the fault before authorizing a return.

How to Return an Item?

Contact us via our support form or email with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with instructions and a return reference.
Package the item securely, ideally in its original box, and send it to the return address provided.
Once received and checked, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

Warranty Information

All of our refurbished products come with a standard 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. This covers hardware faults under normal use. Accidental damage, liquid damage, and misuse are not covered.

For warranty claims, please contact us with details of the issue. In many cases, we can resolve problems quickly without needing a return.

Return Shipping Costs

For unwanted items: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
For faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return postage or arrange a collection.

Refund Timelines
